Mid Devon has a variety of indoor and outdoor attractions catering for adrenalin seekers or relaxed getaways. The area can entertain you and your interests from a muddy assault course to driving a digger, walking around an ancient motte and bailey to going up, up and away, or wildlife spotting along the Grand Western Canal, which is also home to one of the last horse-drawn barges in the UK. Sports tourism is big in Mid Devon from fishing, organised shoots, golf, horse-riding and walking / cycling. There is so much to see and do in Mid Devon you can discover something new each day.
