Award Winning Places to Eat in Devon

Considering Devon's excellent food, drink, producers and chefs it's no surprise that we seem to have more than our share of award-winning places to eat.

As well as Michelin starred restaurants Devon is also the home of top foodie pubs, highly rated cafes and tearooms, and top street food and takeaways. But don't just take our word (or the word of the judges!) for it – awarding bodies from TripAdvisor to the South West Tourism Excellence Awards to the AA (see below) all regularly commend Devon’s foodie businesses.

Take a look below and choose where you're going to eat on your next visit to Devon.

TripAdvisor

Every year TripAdvisor users give excellent reviews to restaurants, pubs and cafés across Devon – and these are arguably the most important (and experienced) judges in the world! Lots of Devon businesses have won TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, including in 2018 Glazebrook House, Kentisbury Grange and Gidleigh Park – all of which have excellent restaurants.
