Food and drink festivals in South Devon 

Being home to the England Seafood Coast, there are plenty of opportunities to sample incredible food and drink while in South Devon. In the spring months, you can visit Salcombe for Crabfest or make your way over to Torquay for the gin festival or the England Seafood Feast. Elsewhere in South Devon, there is the Kingsbridge Food and Music Festival, while late in the year you can enjoy the Dartmouth Food Festival.

Dartmouth Royal Regatta

Perhaps one of the best known events in South Devon is the Dartmouth Royal Regatta which takes place every summer in the town of Dartmouth and brings huge crowds every year. Running since 1822, the Regatta has been a huge part of the region's events calendar for over 100 years!
