Sidmouth Folk Festival
Sidmouth Folk Festival is a week long celebration of traditional music and dance that takes place every year in the heart of Sidmouth. It has been held in the first week of August since the 1950s and has become a real national treasure.
Sidmouth Literary Festival
Every year Sidmouth welcomes bibliophiles from all over the country to the town’s literature festival, a celebration of all things bookish with workshops, talks and of course, the chance to buy bestsellers and obscure titles alike.
Sidmouth Science Festival

Sidmouth Sea Fest
A festival like no other, Sidmouth Sea Fest is an annual coastal community celebration that is held annually in the town featuring creativity, music and food which works to promote coastal living and celebrating the region’s fishing heritage.
Sidmouth Walking Festival
There are few ways better to enjoy the East Devon AONB and the Jurassic Coast than by foot. Luckily, every year, Sidmouth plays host to the Sidmouth Walking Festival allowing you to do just that alongside experienced local walkers keen to show off the area to visitors.
Valley of a Million Bulbs
This annual event sees the whole community come together to honour the legacy of one of the town’s most loved visitors and helps create a beautiful sight that visitors and residents alike can enjoy every spring and summer.
