From Saturday 21 – Sunday 29 October, RHS Rosemoor is inviting families to escape the ordinary and enjoy a week of ‘Spooktacular Half Term Fun’ together.
As Halloween approaches, the garden will be offering up a spine tingling array of spooky activities. Unearth autumnal delights and blow away the cobwebs as you explore the special family trail through the beautiful gardens. Or head indoors to let your imagination run wild in a spooky craft workshop or magical show in the comfort of our Garden Room... not to mention the fancy dress disco! Whatever you chose to do, the Spooktacular half term event promises a fun experience for all the family
Craft workshops will run every week day, offering a choice of free, drop in sessions or paid for booked activities, as follows:
Creepy Crafts, Mon 23 - Fri 27, 10.30am – 12.30pm & 2pm - 3.45pm
Learn how to make magic wands, Halloween lanterns and spider headbands or make your own monster or spooky stress ball. Suitable for all ages (must be accompanied by an adult), no need to book just join in.
Pumpkin decorating, Mon 23 - Fri 27, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, 2pm, 2.30pm and 3pm Turn a pumpkin into a woodland creature or create your very own monster character! £2.50 per pumpkin; suitable for all ages (must be accompanied by an adult). Booking essential.
Magic Luke, Friday 27 October, 11am, 12noon and 2pm
A wonderful, interactive and energetic magic show, filled with fun and silliness to entertain the whole family. £3 per child; suitable for all ages (must be accompanied by an adult). Booking essential.
Witch Hazel's Halloween Disco, Friday 28 October 3pm – 5pm
Enjoy a fun filled disco party with face painting, games, singing and dancing… fancy dress encouraged! £6.50 per child; £2.50 ages 1-3, suitable for all ages but must be accompanied by an adult. Adults free but no Garden Admission. Booking essential.
