Providing accessibility information can help tap into the Purple Pound market, with 95% of disabled people checking accessibility information before going somewhere new (AccessAble).
The questionnaires, tailored by business type, have been created using robust consumer research and include the most important accessibility features that inform trip-taking and are most likely to increase bookings and visits.
