If you’re planning your trip to Sidmouth, whether that’s for a holiday or a day trip, you can find a host of useful information here.
Many of Sidmouth’s visitors travel to the town via the road network, so if you’re coming to Sidmouth by car, you can find information on parking here. Not everyone has access to a car, so using the road network isn’t possible, but you can easily find details and advice on travelling to Sidmouth here and details about the town’s Hopper Bus Service, which allows you to explore the region here.
Sidmouth’s beach and Jacob’s Ladder are both huge draws to tourists, make sure to check beach safety here before you travel and if you are in the town, it would be helpful to know the locations of Sidmouth’s defibrillators should an emergency take place. You can find details on this here.
If you’re in town, you can find a host of information at the Town’s Information Centre including maps and the chance to buy tickets to a range of top events, including the annual Festivals.
