Sidmouth will once again come alive with the sound of music as the Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues Festival returns. From Friday 22 May to Monday 25 May 2026, visitors can enjoy a packed programme of world-class performances in the beautiful setting of Blackmore Gardens, right in the centre of town.
Organisers are promising the biggest and best edition yet, and with this year’s line-up, it is easy to see why.
On Friday 22 May, Jools Holland and His Rhythm and Blues Orchestra will open the festival, joined by special guests Roachford, Ruby Turner, Louise Marshall and Sumudu Jayatilaka. It is set to be an unmissable evening of vibrant and uplifting music.
On Saturday 23 May, Emeli Sandé takes to the stage. Known for her powerful voice and chart-topping hits including “Next to Me” and “Read All About It”, her performance is sure to be one of the festival’s highlights.
On Sunday 24 May, Grammy Award winner Macy Gray brings her unmistakable style and soulful energy to Sidmouth. Fans can expect a mix of her classic hits alongside newer material.
On Monday 25 May, the festival closes with UK acid jazz pioneers Incognito. With their infectious grooves and funk-filled favourites, it will be the perfect finale to four days of outstanding live music.
