Affinity Devon is North Devon’s unique outlet shopping village. With over 30 stores offering up to 50% off RRP every day including Nike, GAP and Clarks you’ll find a huge choice of famous name brands at incredible discounts and you’ll be sure to pick up a bargain. Open every day except Christmas Day and offer free parking and free Wi-Fi, freshen up your wardrobe with a fantastic range of branded men’s, ladies’ and children’s fashion, footwear and accessories. For outdoor and sport lovers there are lots of bargains to choose from in surf, sport, walking and snow apparel. Spot a real deal on camping equipment and outdoor accessories and bag a fantastic outlet offer on fragrance, gifts, books, jewellery, homewares and cookware, bags and so much more in the attractive covered mall.
There is a Tourist information Point located next to The Cornish Bakery for information on the surrounding area and other attractions in the region. Well behaved dogs on a lead are allowed in our amphitheatre, food court and in the area outside of our Nike Factory Store. For the safety of all our customers we only allow guide and assistance dogs into the shopping centre.
COVID-19 STATEMENT: "Affinity Devon has introduced enhanced cleaning regimes, social distancing measures including a one way system, floor markings, reduced customer capacities in stores and hand sanitising stations to ensure the safety of customers. During this first phase, some stores are not open immediately or trading to the centres new opening hours. If you are making a special visit for a particular retailer, please contact that store ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment or keep updated on open and expected reopening dates for stores here. Each store will be operating their own social distancing measures which will include limiting the number of people inside each unit. If you arrive and a store is full, please queue outside the store on the markers provided to help us maintain social distancing. To further maintain social distancing, we may have to restrict the length of the queues. Please be patient if this happens as all measures are for the safety of all in the centre."

From Jct 27 (M5) take A361 towards Barnstaple. Before reaching Barnstaple, follow signs for Bideford (A39 – Atlantic Highway). After heading over Bideford bridge you will reach a roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue on the A39 for 3 miles. At Abbotsham Cross roundabout take the 1st exit on the left (Clovelly Road) and continue for 1/2 mile, Affinity Devon is located on the right.

The nearest train station to Affinity Devon is Barnstaple which is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Local taxis serve this station.
