This Mother’s Day is all about togetherness - and to mark the occasion, The Mole Resort, has launched a mouthwatering three-course menu to celebrate the queen of your family on Sunday 19th March.

For just £37.50, treat mum to a special Sunday lunch that packs a punch - featuring locally-sourced ingredients which have inspired dishes carefully curated with mums and mother figures in mind. What’s more, a complimentary glass of Nyetimber English Sparkling Wine will be waiting for Mum; a sure-fire way to earn you some extra brownie points on this special day.

To start, it’s a choice of roast heritage tomato soup, a rich duck liver & port wine parfait, smoked salmon or a warm tart of semi-dried plum tomatoes with mozzarella, pesto & tapenade in a balsamic glaze.

For the main event, alongside a selection of all delicious trimmings, mum can choose from either a roast sirloin of 28 day aged local beef, a roast leg of Exmoor lamb, roasted loin of Devon pork, oven baked fillets of Devon day boat lemon sole, or a gently poached red pepper & goats cheese ravioli.

Whether it’s sweets or savoury, the menu also features a fantastic selection of desserts including a glazed dark chocolate torte, warm bread & butter pudding, a vanilla crème brûlée or a fine assortment of British and Continental cheeses biscuits with chutney, grapes and celery.

In addition, mum can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with a pamper in one of the resort's tranquil treatment rooms with two Mother's Day packages to choose from. The first includes one 30 minute treatment followed by a cream tea for £56 and the second package includes a 60 minute treatment as well as afternoon tea for £70.
