Help to Grow is a practical management training course for SME leaders and senior managers, accredited by the Small Business Charter. The course is 90% funded by the UK Government and has been developed by entrepreneurs and business leaders. It’s designed to fit around work commitments and is delivered by a blend of webinars, peer-networking call and face-to-face workshops.
University of Exeter Business School is one of the delivery partners and its next course is due to start in September. The course covers modules like strategy, innovation, finance, marketing, employee engagement and digital adoption, aimed to equip managers with the knowledge and confidence to build a more resilient business.
