Exeter Riverside and Skyline Walk

This 4.5-mile circular walk begins and ends at Exeter Quay and follows surfaced river and canal paths through Exwick. You’ll then climb gently to a western skyline ridge offering panoramic views before descending steadily back to the quay. With pubs and refreshments at key points along the way and entirely on surfaced paths, it’s an accessible yet rewarding route of around two to two-and-a-half hours.
