If you’re in Devon over the Father’s Day weekend, there are plenty of things taking place across the county at some of our most well loved attractions – perfect for having a great time with your dad, step dad, father figure or grandfather.

Running across the whole weekend is Bear Town’s Father’s Day Weekend – starting on 18th June, every dad that visits will receive a special gift from Bear Town over the weekend, all included in the standard ticket prices.

On the big day itself, there are loads of things to do. At Canonteign Falls near Exeter, there is free entry for dads who visit across Father’s Day, as long as they are accompanied by a child of any age. Just use the code Dad22 when booking your tickets online. There is a similar event taking place at Woodlands Family Theme Park, where dads can go free when booked in advance.

Elsewhere in Devon, Seaton Tramway also offers free entry to dads all day long on Father’s Day. While you’re in East Devon, don’t forget that Stuart Line Cruises are running their Father’s Day Pasty and Pint Cruise on Sunday afternoon or if you’re in North Devon, you can enjoy the nostalgia of the steam railway at Lynton and Barnstaple Railway, all day starting from 10.45 am. Also, in North Devon over the weekend, GoldCoast OceanFest is taking place, running all the way until 21st June.  This world famous festival blends watersports, days out at the beach and live music all on one of Britain’s best beaches.
