This scenic circular cycle route starts and finishes at Cranbrook Railway Station, linking together countryside, heritage villages, National Trust estate paths, and peaceful woodland riding.

Leaving the station, the route quickly reaches Cranbrook Country Park, where quiet lanes and green space set the tone for the ride. From here, it continues towards the historic village of Broadclyst, passing traditional Devon buildings and gently rolling farmland.

The loop then enters the Killerton Estate, where well-surfaced estate tracks and tranquil lanes provide a highlight of the route, along with optional café stops at Killerton House. Leaving the estate, the ride turns into the calm, wooded surroundings of Ashclyst Forest, offering a peaceful contrast before looping back through the Clyst Valley towards Cranbrook.

The route is mostly on quiet country lanes with short on-road sections, featuring gentle climbs and rewarding views across the valley. Best suited to confident cyclists, it offers a well-balanced mix of open countryside, historic landmarks, and woodland riding.
