Nestled in the Torridge Valley, Rosemoor is an enchanging place to visit in every season; cherry trees blossom in the spring, the iconic Hot Garden dazzles with vibrant colours in summer, while the woods blaze with autumn finery and the Winter Garden catches the eye later in the year. All RHS Gardens, Rosemoor included, have introduced safety measures:
Strictly limited numbers of pre-booked tickets available for each day
Restrictions on the number of customers allowed to shop at any one time, and a maximum of two people per household allowed into the Garden Centre together
Separate entry and exit points to the Gardens and Garden Centres where possible
Floor markings to indicate appropriate distances while queueing in the Garden Centres and the Garden entrances
Screens at the welcome desks and checkouts to protect staff
Hand sanitiser available to staff and visitors at strategic points
Card transactions only – no cash payments
All information is here https://www.rhs.org.uk/gardens .

The garden is an inspirational backdrop and each year rosemoor holds over 100 events, short courses and workshops, designed to inspire everyone to grow including: an annual flower show, winter illuminations, plant, craft and antique fairs, art and sculpture exhibitions, music events and outdoor theatre together with a programme of diverse leisure learning short courses and workshops in gardening, photography, craft and art.
There is plenty for families too with themed fun family activities every school holiday including children’s entertainment and shows, garden art and craft workshops, or become a budding gardener as you sow and grow along with us. Every day there are self-guided adventure trails around the garden and two natural play areas to really stimulate creative play.
Rosemoor’s award-winning Garden Kitchen restaurant serves seasonal menus full of quality garden and local produce along with freshly baked cakes and scones. Enjoy delicious afternoon tea, Sunday carvery or eat alfresco in the garden with one of our jute picnic bags or at the seasonal traditional Shepherd’s Hut catering facility and seasonal traditional Tea Room.
There is also great shopping with a range of top quality plants in the Plant Centre, including RHS Award of Garden Merit and plants that are approved RHS Perfect for Pollinators. The Plant Centre offers a 5-year hardy plant guarantee. Find a wide selection of gifts, books, stationery and garden accessories in the shop. Look out for free Plant Centre & Gift Shop events throughout the year.
