It isn’t surprising to hear that Ilfracombe has a reputation as the culinary and cultural hub of North Devon. Visitors frequently refer to it as the new St Ives!
The town is home to artist Damien Hirst’s famous sculpture Verity and this link to art is celebrated with the many galleries featuring a mix of local and international artists.
