Godolphin Cottage is a contemporary holiday home in the picturesque village of East Portlemouth, overlooking the Salcombe Estuary and sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Just a short walk from Mill Bay and Sunny Cove beaches, and only 200 yards from the passenger ferry to Salcombe, it's ideally located for seaside holidays, coastal walks and exploring South Devon.
The stay must be taken from October 5th 2026 to 10th of April 2027. Normally priced at £1225.
A maximum of two dogs can be added to the booking for a cost of £30 per dog, by prior arrangement with the owner.
A security deposit of £300 will be held for the duration of the stay and must be paid two weeks before the stay commences.
