Join the National Trust team at Buckland Abbey on the 15 and 16 June for a Father’s Day weekend packed with entertainment straight from the Medieval era.
A living history camp will be set up in the Abbey grounds featuring costumed characters and traders, historical craft activities, medieval cooking, and archery demonstrations – all taking place throughout the weekend.
Eleanor Hopkinson, Visitor Operations and Experience Manager, said: “We look forward to inviting everyone to experience the sights, sounds and smells of medieval life as the Abbey and gardens are transported back in time on this entertaining and educational weekend.”
Normal admission charges apply for this event, free for National Trust members.
