The English Riviera Airshow is returning for 2023 and will take place on 3rd and 4th June. The annual event, which is organised by Torbay Council with support from the English Riviera Bid Company will see an action-packed flying programme across two days. It is the first event of the UK’s airshow season.
As well as the aerial displays, visitors can also enjoy the event village, where you can meet the pilots and browse stalls featuring everything from artwork, food and bars. Family activities, a fair ground and more will also be available at Paignton Green.
Speaking about the airshow, Cllr Long, the Cabinet Member for Economic Regeneration, Tourism and Housing for Torbay Council, said: “The English Riviera Airshow holds significant importance in positioning the English Riviera as the UK’s premier tourist destination. Attracting large crowds year on year from across the UK, the event is not only a visual spectacle but also a massive boost for both the tourism industry and the local economy.”
