Our Rooms by Bistrot Pierre opened in 2018 in Residence One, a beautiful Grade 1 listed Admirals House, located in the historic Royal William Yard in Plymouth.
Residence One is bursting with history and much consideration has been taken in restoring this stunning building so guests can enjoy the authentic Georgian features. The collection of 14 stylish yet simply appointed bedrooms are beautifully designed and well equipped for a short break. We guarantee clean, comfortable rooms and a friendly and efficient service - everything you need for a good night's sleep.
With stunning views over the Plymouth Sound, proclaimed to be “one of the world’s finest natural harbours,” this central spot has an unparalleled location to enjoy the splendid ocean views, whilst being a stone’s throw away from the vibrant city.
A good day deserves a great breakfast - whether it's stocking up with a full English breakfast before a day out exploring or taking your time over the newspaper with croissants and fresh coffee.
At the Bistrot our food is freshly prepared by our chefs using carefully sourced ingredients from artisan French producers and suppliers. On our menus you’ll find a combination of classic French bistrot dishes alongside seasonal and lighter options. Why not try the ever popular Steak-frites or Herb crusted fillet of salmon and finish off with the delicious crème brûlée, Whatever you choose the friendly team is on hand to welcome you.
