Nethway Farm Holiday Cottages are nestled in a hidden valley just two miles away from Dartmouth and the bustling fishing port of Brixham in the heart of South Devon. Five traditional, self-catering, stone cottages are nestled within beautiful gardens and are perfect for family friendly holidays. Family dogs are also welcome in three of the cottages, which have enclosed outside spaces, whilst two of our cottages are kept pet free. Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, games rooms, an under-fives soft play room, outdoor trim trail and farm walks as well as the ever popular ride on toys! Guests are able to explore our farm, feed the animals or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.  We welcome a number of families with children with additional needs.  These families relish the peaceful and secure surroundings for the whole family to enjoy a holiday and take time to relax and recharge.

We are in a hidden valley, yet we are close to all the major attractions this wonderful area has to offer.  Our five cottages sleep 4-6 people, plus an infant in a cot.  We are well equipped for family stays from babies in arms to grandparents. There is no need to pack the kitchen sink!  We have everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible and if you forget something, we are here to help.  From a quiet Autumn, winter  couples escape and cosy nights in front of the fire, to family summer holiday fun, there is an abundance of things to do on the farm.  Indeed why not book all the cottages out for a family celebration? This is a really popular option for families wanting a holiday together but allowing family members to have their own “quiet space” in a cottage when required! 

As a family we have been running Nethway Farm Holiday Cottages since November 2018.  Having worked hard we were recognised as one of the best, winning Silver for Self Catering Accommodation of the Year 2020/21 in the Devon Tourism Awards. We look forward to welcoming you to Nethway Farm!
