The Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 is coming to Exeter!

The home of the Exeter Chiefs will host reigning champions New Zealand, as well as Canada, Fiji, Brazil, Japan, France, Italy and home nations Wales and Scotland.

Getting to Exeter for the Rugby World Cup
Getting to Exeter is much easier than you think - with mainline rail, coach stops and regular public transport, as well as ample carparking and easy access to the motorway, you can get to Exeter from anywhere in the country. Or if you're coming from further afield, there is Exeter Airport, just a short distance from the city.

Exeter has two mainline train stations - Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central. The city is served by GWR, Cross Country Trains and South Western Railway, with connections all over Devon and beyond. Exeter is located at the end of the M5 motorway, with easy access from Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham and all points along the M4 corridor from London. Fly to Exeter
For those of you coming from Europe or elsewhere in the world, Exeter Airport is five miles from the city of Exeter and is situated adjacent to the A30, close to junction 29 of the M5 motorway. Daily international flights are available and there are bus and taxi services operating outside the airport to get you into the city.

Rugby at Sandy Park
With a capacity of 15,000 and home to the Exeter Chiefs and Exeter Chiefs Women, Sandy Park is well placed for hosting the Women's Ruby World Cup. In 2015, it was selected as a venue for the Rugby World Cup and hosted a two test series between England and Canada in 2023.
Tickets for the Rugby World Cup
Due to the huge growth in women’s rugby, there is an unprecedented demand for tickets. Over 400,000 tickets will be available and you can be amongst the first to find out information on their release by registering your interest via the official Women’s RWC 2025 website. You can book your place at the opening game and the final from 24th September (priority tickets on 17 September for Mastercard cardholders) and tickets for all remaining matches will go on sale in October.
Ticket prices will range from £5 to £95 across the tournament, with over 60 per cent of tickets under £25 and children’s prices available at every match, including the knockout phase. Accessible tickets will also be available for all matches.
