Festive Plant-Based (Vegan) Cooking Workshop & Lunch
AboutLearn how to create a delicious plant-based, vegan festive feast for yourself and your loved ones! We'll be making a starter, main and dessert that will be guaranteed to add some sparkle to your Christmas dinner table. There'll certainly not be any boring nut roasts and bland gravy on our table!
Suitable for beginners or experienced cooks, and ideal for anyone with an interest in plant-based, vegan food - whether you are vegan yourself or just curious to cook and eat more delicious plant-based meals.
Some examples of the dishes that we might prepare on the day include:
- Roasted butternut squash salad with dukkah and labneh
- Porchini and black truffle wellington
- Hasselback potatoes
- Chocolate orange truffles
- Passionfruit cheesecake
This will be a fun and relaxed workshop packed with cooking demonstrations, hands-on cooking, and useful tips and tricks. We'll sit down together and enjoy the delicious food we prepare and you'll take home a gorgeous edible present at the end of the day.
