Celebrate Christmas in style at this fabulous one day event in the centre of Bovey Tracey on the edge of Dartmoor National Park.
If your fed up of looking at the same commercial stalls at every Christmas market this is the event for you. With approximately 40 stands of beautiful hand crafted gifts by local tradesmen, street food vendors and mulled wine, what's not to like?
The lights on the Christmas tree in the square will be switched on at 4pm (to a count down of course) followed by carols with the local primary school choir. Father Christmas will make his way down through the town on his beautiful carnival float, preceded by the Wolf Pack Armed Forces Charity bikers. All tinsel and leather, they really are a sight to behold. Santa's grotto will be open and waiting to receive the wish list of all the little ones and there will be pony rides for any children with a love of horses. The fabulous Cocktail Kings will keep you refreshed after all that Christmas shopping and if you still have some energy left, why not have some fun on the giant adults bouncy 'castle' snow globe?
