The weather
Did you know that Devon is one of the warmest places in the UK? Well, now you do! The south coast has one of the warmest climates in the whole of the British Isles, the warm climate is one of the reasons why the food and drink here is so amazing. It’s also why summer holidays in the county are some of the best if you want warm, sunny breaks.
Speaking of the food…
Look, Devon has amazing food and drink, from locally produced cider and locally distilled gin all the way to some of the best ice cream. Whether you want fresh seafood from Brixham or home reared meat from Exmoor, the menus here are top notch.
