The International Agatha Christie Festival, funded by Arts Council England, is returning to the English Riviera this September. The festival, which went online in 2020, is coming back bigger and better than ever.
Among the programme’s highlights are:
Along with these, there are fringe events, including guided tours, the opportunity to go seal watching on the Dart near Christie’s former holiday home at Greenway House and a number of online talks.
The Festival will take place between the 11th and 18th September, with the full programme to be published in June when tickets will become available. Some of the venues will include the iconic Torre Abbey Museum in Torquay, where there is a garden of poisonous plants inspired by Christie’s books, the Palace Theatre in Paignton and other venues which featured in her life while she lived in the English Riviera.
Keep up to date with all that is happening on the website https://www.iacf-uk.org/ or on social media, @agathafestival
