Devon is full of fun, family-friendly events over the Easter break, with everything you can possibly think of from meeting your favourite film characters to theatre productions and more. Here are a few suggestions for you to fill your days with while in the region.
There are loads of attractions offering egg hunts for families over Easter, from dinosaur eggs to chocolate ones, you’ll have the chance to go looking for egg shaped treats all over the region. Be sure to take a look at our Easter events page for dates and times.
At this time of year when it is all about rebirth and starting fresh, what could be better than booking a few days at one of Devon’s top spas for some pampering? You’ll find everything from spa hotels to beauty salons offering a wide range of treatments.
Other than eating chocolate, the other Easter tradition is seeing the new lambs frolicking in the fields. In Devon, there are a number of farm attractions and they have select days where guests can come and visit the new lambs, taking part in feeding and grooming activities. Farm stays are also a good choice for anyone wanting to get close to these cute babies!
Step into the past with a nostalgic steam train or tram ride for a different kind of Easter adventure.
