While away the days laying beside our outdoor pool or bubble away your troubles in our heated indoor pool, or even flex your muscles in our gym and health suite. With hydrotherapy loungers and bubbling water jets, and a scintillating Steam Room and Sauna – Ashburn Springs is the perfect way to spend your much-deserved R&R time. The Ashburn Springs Gym is open 7:00 - 21:00 on weekdays and 8:00 - 20:00 on weekends.

Afterwards, head over to Amelia’s Pantry and tantalise your taste buds with our delectable, cooked meals. There’s a Soft Play area and pool tables to keep children (big kids included) occupied for hours – our amusements and games arcade is always a favourite!

Indoor Pool

Ashburn Springs is the heart of leisure and relaxation at Cofton, head down for an early swim, take advantage of our heated changing rooms, bubble loungers and massage jets… we even have a sauna and steam room… Our indoor pool is open every day 8:00 - 20:00 except Christmas day and Boxing day.

Sauna and Steam Room

The Ashburn Springs indoor pool area also has a Steam room and Sauna which can be used by guests over the age of 16. So finish off your swim with some full on relaxation.

Road Directions

To reach Cofton by car, leave the M5 motorway at junction 30. Take the A379 sign-posted Dawlish and after about 30 minutes, having passed through Kenton, Starcross and the small harbour village of Cockwood, Cofton Holidays is half a mile on the left. 

Public Transport Directions

The nearest bus stop is on the Exeter Road, approximately 100 yards from Reception. The stop is serviced by the Number 2 Stagecoach service running from Exeter to Newton Abbot.

The nearest train stations are Starcross, Dawlish Warren and Dawlish. From each of these you’ll be able to catch a bus which passes our entrance.
