Norman Lockyer Observatory

Even if you’re not that into space, this is a fabulous place to spend a few hours with the while family. The team there are passionate about the night sky and will happily talk to you about everything from meteor showers and more.

Dartmoor

The Dartmoor National Park is a must for anyone who loves the great outdoors and it isn’t too far from Sidmouth so make sure to add it to your plans!

Sidmouth Museum

The local museum is perfect for those of you who want to find out more about the local area. After you’ve spent some time following the Blue Plaque trail and learning more about the Sidmouth of the past, head to the museum and find out about the Jurassic Coast and put the plaques into context!
