Welcome to Southcombe Guesthouse, a pretty Victorian style B&B guesthouse located in Sidmouth, just a short stroll to the seafront and a five minute, level walk into the town centre.
Sidmouth Town Centre is a real jewel in East Devon’s crown. The town features a mix of pretty, independent stores and familiar high street chains, as well as a range of fabulous eateries, providing the perfect location for a relaxing break away by the sea. Visitors will love the two beaches, Sidmouth Town Beach and Jacob’s Ladder Beach where you can access the South West Coast Path and enjoy the dramatic views of the Jurassic Coast. As well as the beaches, Sidmouth is also known for their award winning public gardens, including Connaught Gardens, which is just a short walk from the seafront. Southcombe guesthouse itself is located right in front of The River Sid, the UK’s smallest river and the Byes, which is often seen as being the gateway to the East Devon countryside. This beautiful area is just one of the many green spaces you can find in the town, giving you plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs and relax in wonderful surroundings.
Southcombe Guesthouse offers both bed and breakfast and half board options, with a nightly evening meal available consisting of four courses. Prices start from £22 for a varied choice of dishes created with tasty local produce, right from the heart of East Devon.
