All our marmalades are 100% handmade locally from fresh fruit, simmered until the peel is soft before boiling to a set with sugar. In our opinion, this is the only way to make a good marmalade. The sharpness and clarity of the fruit shines through.
Our multi awarding winning marmalades are split into two ranges; our “Proper” marmalades, perfect for the marmalade traditionalist and great on toast and our “Improper” marmalades, quirky off the wall combinations aimed very much at the non-traditionalists and are fabulous with meat, fish, cheeses or in cooking. There is something for everyone!
Our marmalades are available online or, if you want to try them for yourself, in our brand new shop premises in Ilfracombe. Free tasters available instore alongside locally sourced citrus gifts – perfect for foodies – we even have marmalade ice cream!
Our shop is located at 9 Belgrave Promenade, Wilder Road, Ilfracombe with plenty of parking just outside (or at The Tunnel Beach car park) – please see our website for opening times and further details.
