Our elegant rooms with our special delegate packages are the ideal environment for really productive business meetings. There is also a 24-hour delegate rate available.
The packages include the hire of one of our meeting rooms, laid out in the style that best suits you. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits during mid morning and mid afternoon giving you opportunity to have a break, you’ll be greeted with Danish Pastries on arrival and lunch will be served. During your meeting, we will provide iced water, cordials and mints, as well as notepaper and pens, a HD television and DVD player, a flipchart and a projector. The rooms also have air conditioning.

We have a convenient location for easy access into the rest of Barnstaple and our two fully equipped conference rooms have impressive views across Rock Park.
The Park Suite can seat up to 150 people in a theatre style. We can create a tailor made package including food ranging from light snacks, through to gala dinners with overnight stays.
At the end of a busy day, your delegates can unwind in the Leisure Club at our nearby sister hotel, the Barnstaple, or enjoy themselves in the stunning surroundings of the Seasons Bar and Brasseries, where they can have cocktails, or something softer while looking out over the spectacular views, giving them all a chance to relax.
