Holiday Home Hunter, based in the popular seaside resort of Woolacombe in North Devon, specialises in contemporary seafront self-catering holiday apartments and cottages overlooking the sea, sand and surf.
Our extensive portfolio of coastal properties all have a sea view and many are right on the seafront, allowing you to really enjoy the glorious North Devon coastline, much of which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We have properties situated in the award-winning surfing and beach resort of Woolacombe, which provides perfect conditions for a number of water sports and is ideal for family seaside holidays. We also have accommodation in the historic Doomsday book village of Mortehoe which is steeped in history and tales of smugglers or just one lovely property in the village of Croyde with its quaint thatched cottages and great pubs and tea rooms. Neighbouring Ilfracombe with its historic harbour and great places to eat is fast becoming the cultural and foodie hub of the region.
Wherever you choose to base yourself in North Devon, you will be greeted with spectacular views, award winning beaches and plenty to see and do. Much of the coastline falls in the North Devon AONB and both the coast and much of the surrounding countryside is owned and managed by the National Trust, so remains unspoilt. With some of the best surfing and body boarding waves in the UK, clean safe huge sandy beaches with rock pools for hours of fun, clotted cream teas, ice creams, pasties, unspoilt coastal and countryside walks, bike trails, fun days out, great family friendly pubs serving local produce and real ales, live music in abundance, fish and chips or gourmet food, boat trips to see seals and Lundy Island, fishing, golf with 5 great courses within ½ hour, kayaking, relaxing and unwinding….
