Road Directions

Directions to Heasley House (TEL: 01598 740213)

Satellite Navigation - DON’T USE JUST THE POST CODE!

If using satellite navigation key in “Heasley Mill’ as your destination.  Don’t use the postcode; it will take you to a neighbour’s property.  Also, use “North Molton” as a via point for a more direct route to the house.

From M5 Motorway

Leave the M5 Motorway at junction 27 signposted for Tiverton and Barnstaple.

Take the third exit on the roundabout signposted A361 to Tiverton and Barnstaple

Continue on the A361 for approx. 24 miles. (25 mins)

You will arrive at a small roundabout (just after the 4x4 petrol station on the other side of the road.) Go straight over and continue on the A361. After approx 2 miles you’ll see a right-hand turn signposted to North Molton.   Turn right here.  It’s about 10 minutes drive to the house from here.

Follow the road to North Molton.  As you enter the village there’s a garage (JJ Garages) on the left.   Turn left immediately after the garage into Back Lane.

Follow this road for approx. 200m to a T-junction and turn left here signposted to Heasley Mill.

After approx. 2 miles there’s a right hand fork in the road with our house sign directing you right.  Take the right-hand fork.

Follow the road down the hill into Heasley Mill village. At the bottom, don’t turn left, carry straight on.

We are on the left in the middle of the village and opposite the village green.   A large white Georgian looking building, you can’t miss us….

There is parking for 5 cars at the front of the house and another 3 spaces in the side car park (drive past the house, past Heasley Cottage) and the car park is on your left.

By Train

The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway, which is about a 40-minute drive from Heasley House.

It’s advisable to book a taxi in advance.  Our preferred taxi company is South Molton Taxis (01769 573636).
