About

Holne Park House

Located on the edge of Dartmoor, we are just off the A38 Devon Expressway at Ashburton, between Exeter and Plymouth.

Our beautiful house and private lawns are offered for exclusive use.  Tucked away in 90 acres of gardens, lakes, rivers and woodland, we offer easy access to the rest of the estate – the ever popular River Dart Country Park.

All our reception rooms and the outdoor garden pavilion are licensed for weddings.  We have a selection of freshly prepared, locally sourced menus, a range of accommodation and deliver award-winning customer service.

Our environmental ethos has been recognised nationally and we are very proud of our eco-friendly values.

Perfect for weddings in all seasons...

From roaring fires to stunning sunsets, our beautiful wedding venue is available to use all year round, offering indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships. With a choice of five reception rooms and an outdoor pavilion, we aim to make your wedding celebrations truly magical. Whether you are looking for a small intimate gathering or a large party with family and friends, we are the perfect licensed location. Our elegant reception rooms are available on an exclusive use basis, allowing you and your guests to relax and celebrate in private.

Our interconnecting reception rooms easily adapt to host individually styled weddings. The maximum number of guests for a seated meal is around 90, depending on your table plan. For less traditional, or evening celebrations we can welcome up to 300 guests. There is no minimum to the number of guests you can invite.

We pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to your wedding. Use the rooms in your own unique way, select a menu that suits your style, pick your favourite places for fun-filled photos.

We offer wedding packages which can be adjusted to suit your guest numbers. Alternatively, we are happy to put together a bespoke day to suit you and your budget using our clear pricing structure.
