There are fewer people who understand the passion that Devon's chefs and producers have for the fresh, local produce on offer throughout the county than Mitch Tonks.

Best known as the founder of Rockfish, a series of specialist food restaurants, Mitch is also recognisable as a television personality and has lent his expertise to the prestigious Pullman trains as a consultant for their menus. He began his journey as a restaurateur in Dartmouth and now has branches in Torquay, Plymouth and Brixham as well as owning restaurants in Dorset and Somerset. The Brixham restaurant. can be found right in the centre of the famous fishing district, so visitors can see the catch of the day coming in, ready to head to the kitchen.
