The prize includes three nights' accommodation for up to four guests, sharing a two-bedroom apartment at Byron Woolacombe Holiday Apartments, Byron Beach Road, Woolacombe, EX34 7BS.
Stays must be taken between October 2025 and February 2026, excluding all school holidays, half-term dates and festive holiday dates and are subject to availability. A refundable damage deposit of two hundred pounds is required seven days before arrival and will be returned following a satisfactory departure report from housekeeping. Dogs can be booked at £30 per dog, up to two dogs per stay.
No cash alternatives, vouchers, or exchanges will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. All travel, meals, optional activities, and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guests. Travel to and from the property is not included. Although we aim to ensure the property used is the property listed within the competition description, Byron reserves the right to change the offer and apartment at any time.
