This gorgeous retreat for two located in a peaceful, secluded location on the northern side of Dartmoor near the tranquil village of Spreyton, with its award-winning pub “The Tom Cobley Tavern”. The village, just one mile distant has a Community Shop for delicious essentials.
Relax and watch swallows swooping from your window, woodpeckers feeding from the bird table, take an invigorating walk across the stunning Dartmoor National Park - just three miles away, then relax in a sumptuous bath at the end of the day.
Swallows at Falkedon is surrounded by the countryside and offers spacious, light-drenched rooms, peace, seclusion, and comfort. The bedding is crisp, professionally laundered, quality Egyptian cotton. We provide complimentary toiletries, luxury bath sheet and bathrobe.

Post Code EX17 5EF • M5 or A30 to Exeter, • A30 Okehampton (left slip from end of motorway). • Continue for approx 15 miles take left slip ( very short slip road) A 3124 Signposted to Winkleigh, Whiddon Down, Spreyton. • Go past services, turn right A 3124( Winkleigh/ North Tawton) • Continue along this road for 0.80 mile • Turn right signposted to Spreyton. • Continue along this road for 1.5 miles turn right (2nd turning) signposted Falkedon. • Sharp right hand bend, then we are on the left, double gates, Falkedon • If you reach Falkedon Linhay on the left you have gone too far! • Swallows at Falkedon, the apartment, is approached via the stone steps.
