An AA five pennant premier adults only site, located in the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The site is open all year round, with various pitch types, including seasonal pitches over three acres of level, well maintained landscaped grounds, along with glamping and self catering options.
The site is surrounded by natural Devon hedgerows, abundant with wildlife, with views towards Salcombe, and the rolling countryside towards Dartmoor. Enjoy the hedgerow flowers of primrose and stitchwort, and our seasonal flower beds, and of course stunning butterflies amongst the buddleia. Watch out for the visiting hedgehogs, the local pheasant and if you’re lucky, the barn owl.
Two amenity buildings, both fully heated; one with central heating and one which is completely winterised with underfloor heating, and of course all facilities have free constant hot water.

Mini kitchen with microwave, toaster and kettle, breakfast bar and stools, along with a fridge and a freezer.
Modern laundry room with coin operated commercial washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and hand-wash only sink.
Indoor dishwashing rooms, all with free constant hot water
BBQ wash-up area
All pitches with 16amp electric hook-up, mains drinking water points and most with grey and black waste.

Parkland is ideally situated for exploring all that this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty has to offer…ramble the South West Coast Path, relax on glorious sandy beaches and secluded coves, visit historic towns or quaint villages and of course enjoy the many tourist attractions and activities.

If you are towing, we recommend traveling via Totnes.
Parkland is Tourist signed from A381, which is the best approach from the Devon Expressway (A38).
On the A38 (south bound) take the A384 for Totnes.
From Totnes take the A381 for Kingsbridge, follow the main road for twelve miles, until you arrive at Stumpy Post Cross, at this roundabout follow the signs to the right (Parkland sign) for another mile where you come to Sorley Green Cross, go straight across at the junction and Parkland is 200 yards on the left hand side.
Parkland is located one mile north of Kingsbridge on the A381. The site has a large purpose built entrance for easy access.
Please be careful with the directions on your sat-nav systems, particularly if you are towing!
