After a couple of minutes the road divides.

In 0.3 miles turn Right onto South Street, then continue onto Belgrave Road
At the Seafront, take a Left (not hard Left) onto Torbay Road / A379 along the Seafront (with sea on your Right) and drive past the Princess Theatre (on your Right).
At the roundabout (either lane), take the 1st exit onto Cary Parade/A379, follow the road as it curves left, past Hoopers / Debenhams (on your Left), and then at the next roundabout (with the Clock Tower) (Left lane), take the 1st exit onto Torwood Street / A379.
At the lights (Right lane), turn right onto Parkhill Road, follow the road as it bends to the left onto Meadfoot Road.
The hotel is 200 yards after the bend, on the Right.
Traveling from the West
In Totnes, travel East (towards Exeter/Torquay) on the A385
The A385 becomes Totnes Road then Five Lanes Road. Around 5 miles from the centre of Totnes, at the roundabout (crossing the A380) go straight on (2nd exit) onto Preston Down Road
In 0.1 mile at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Preston Down Road
In 1.2 miles Preston Down Road turns Right and becomes Sandringham Gardens
In 0.2 miles continue onto Upper Headland Park Road

For SatNav, use TQ1 2JP. A few rogue Satnavs take you to Meadfoot Lane, rather than Meadfoot Road, don’t worry, you are still very close …
If you arrived at the SatNav’s destination by driving UP Meadfoot Lane, continue to the end of Meadfoot Lane, turn hard Left at the junction, the Hotel will be on the left after about 50 metres (just after the bend in the road.
If you arrived at the SatNav’s destination by driving DOWN Meadfoot Lane (or have turned around), continue to the end of Meadfoot Lane, turn Right at the junction, then second Right, the Hotel will be on the Right after about 200 metres.
You should have no issues finding us, however if you do take a wrong turn and get lost in Torquay, stop (it will help if you can find the Seafront if possible), work out roughly where you are and which way you are pointing (look for road names, nearby hotels / shops etc.), and phone us on 01803 294708 and we can guide you in.
