Book Alpaca Glamping for your August 2020 Staycation!
Secluded Bell tent glamping, set in a private three acre apple orchard, with alpacas grazing and mini-pigs snuffling nearby; a few miles from the stunning Jurassic Coast in East Devon.
The perfect chance to enjoy a revitalising escape in the great outdoors, with all the home comforts you need to relax.
There is the choice of two pitches:
Orchard Hideaway Bell Tent - Up to 4 people staying (Ideal for couples or small groups of friends)
Surrounded by apple trees, long grasses and wildlife, Orchard Hideaway is secluded and peaceful.
Alpaca View Bell Tents - Up to 8 people staying (4 in each tent, ideal for groups of friends or family)
Views across the orchard and nearby alpaca paddock and plenty of space to spread out.
We welcome groups or hen/stag parties to book both pitches and enjoy having the orchard to yourselves!
We provide all the luxuries you need for a relaxing break, meaning you can enjoy all the beauty of the great outdoors with none of the effort. A short distance from the tents is your private Shepherd's Hut bathroom, with hot shower, flushing toilet and fluffy towels. You will have the key for the duration of your stay.
Tents are lovingly furnished with a Peruvian feel, including pom-pom chandeliers! We provide wifi, electricity, plug socks, lighting and water.
Little Orchard Alpacas is twenty minutes from the stunning Jurassic Coast where you can take a fossil walk in Lyme Regis or Charmouth; or visit the quaint fishing villages of Beer or Branscombe. From your tent there is Shute Woods where you can take a scenic woodland or wander the country lanes and find one of the local pubs.
If you are in no rush to go anywhere, you can spend hours relaxing and interacting with the alpacas and their crias (alpaca babies), born in the summer, or why not book an Alpaca Walk! We also have two mini-pigs, Wilbur and Peggy, who would love to say hello.
Swing in the hammocks under the apple trees and toast marshmallows on an open fire under starry skies. Feel like you again and take home some happy memories to last a lifetime.
