If using the postcode this may bring you straight to us or alternatively to

a.  our neighbours at Lower Upcott – with this house on your left Amberley is the next house  0.2 miles along the lane on the left or

b. to Stancott Farm – from here turn around and go back down the hill, when reaching the T junction turn left and Amberley is 0.5 miles further along on the left

 

From A38 – Southbound (from Exeter)

Exit at fork left signed Chudleigh B3344 (immediately after BP filling station) and continue on B3344 for 0.2 mile to crossroads named “Crammers” on the finger post. Turn sharp left here.

Proceed along this lane, keeping right at 2 forks, for 0.8 mile (do not take either of these left turns even if sat. nav. suggests them)

passing the driveway to Lower Upcott on the left.  Amberley is the next house on your left. If you reach a triangle junction in the woods you have over-shot by 75 metres.

 

 

From A38 – Northbound (from Ashburton/Plymouth)

Exit at fork left signed Chudleigh B3344/Teign Valley (B3193). At top of exit ramp turn right (Chudleigh B3344). Continue through Chudleigh and beyond. After 1 mile from the town centre you will pass the Highwayman’s Haunt pub on your right. At the next crossroads just after the pub (1.1 miles from town centre) named “Crammers” on the finger post, turn right.

Proceed along this lane, keeping right at 2 forks, for 0.8 mile (do not take either of these left turns even if sat. nav. suggests them)

passing the driveway to Lower Upcott on the left.  Amberley is the next house on your left. If you reach a triangle junction in the woods you have over-shot by 75 metres.

 

From A380 – Northbound (From Newton Abbot and Torquay)

Leave A380 at signs for Ugbrooke House (you come upon the junction quite quickly so be prepared to brake hard) and turn left.

Continue for 0.8 mile (pass Ugbrooke House on your left) to a cross roads on a sharp left hand bend and turn right,

ignoring the sign for Chudleigh to the left.

Continue for 0.4 mile and turn first left (unsigned) at telegraph pole (with single tree and mirrors in hedge on right side ahead).

Proceed 0.3 mile to where a lane joins from the left, keep round to the right

Continue for 0.4 mile through woods to Y-junction and keep left downhill. Amberley is immediately on your right.

 

From A380 – Southbound (from Exeter)

Leave A380 left at signs for Teignmouth (B3192) to roundabout

Take second exit and cross over A380 then turn immediately left signed Chudleigh 2½ miles.

Continue for 0.6 mile to “Beggars Bush” T-junction and turn left – signed Chudleigh 1½ miles.

Continue for 0.5 mile and turn first right (unsigned) before telegraph pole (just past single tree on left side).

Proceed 0.3 mile to T-junction and keep right

Continue for 0.4 mile through woods to Y-junction and keep left downhill.

Amberley driveway is 2nd entrance 70 metres on your right
