Looking to escape to Devon for 2021? Then look no further. Alpine Park Cottages is an award winning complex of 11 modern ‘lodge style’ self catering holiday cottages located in East Devon and is the perfect place to base yourself. Stay in one of our modern and relaxing ‘lodge style holiday cottages. From here you can explore the beaches at Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth or take a walk on either the nearby Woodbury or Aylesbeare Common RSPB nature reserve.
Owned and run by the Mynard Family who have been in providing quality accommodation for over 20 years in the south west. Alpine Park Cottages is not only our family business but also our home; we go out of our way to ensure that all our guests enjoy their stay with us. Many quests return year on year to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Read our ‘Excellent’ reviews on TripAdvisor.
The brick built cottages combine a stylish look with central heating comfort to ensure a snug stay, whatever the weather! They are thoughtfully designed giving you plenty of room to make yourself at home, with good size bedrooms and well equipped kitchens.
Each cottage has its own parking space and patio area with outdoor furniture and is situated on level or gently sloping ground to ensure ease of access for all guests.
The cottages are set within 5 acres of lightly wooded parkland with a wooden play area and football nets for the children to enjoy. Guests can also enjoy a game of crazy golf.
As a small independent family business, we want to reassure guests that when booking a holiday during 2021 that they will receive a full refund or the opportunity to change dates, should either Alpine Park Cottages or the lead booking address be in a lockdown due to COVID 19 restrictions.
For guests with limited mobility, we have the Premier | 4 person cottages, which have level access into the cottage via French doors.
