  • Devon Tourism Conference - The inaugural Devon Tourism Conference will be held on 8th February 2012 at Westpoint Arena, Exeter. The event is with the support of Visit Devon, Food and Drink Devon, the South West Tourism AllianceTaste of the West and the Devon area tourism partnerships, and offers industry the chance to hear about latest developments in tourism, to share ideas on surviving the current economic situation, and to anticipate future visitor needs. It is held alongside the annual Expowest Westcountry show, which attracts 1000s of tourism business from across the region.

  • 'Battle the Bills' Battle the Bills- a new initiative has been launched in association with the South West Tourism Alliance to bring businesses information, from professionals, about how to reduced their utility bills during a period of sustained rise.  The programme will consist of a roadshow of bite-sized workshops, video guides, live web-based Q&A sessions and recommended renewables to help you identify the best installers in your area.
