(Photo: Devon Wildlife Trust) This is a lovely trail that takes you to the heart of the Culm Measures. A visit in early spring is a rare treat - to see meadows of the special Culm grassland and the wealth of wildlife from deer to buzzards and, if you are very lucky, otters! All year round there are animals near this route that with a little luck, patience and a keen eye will give you magical memories of Devon to take with you long after the wildflowers have gone to seed.
