Cockington Court Craft Centre offers highly-creative craftsmen and women a space to work. You’ll find everything from glass blowers making richly-coloured giftware to artists creating distinctive sculptures, along with leather goods, ceramics, jewellery and art installations.

There’s also a choice of highly specialised outlets, with the Cockington Rocking Horse Company and the Devon Guild of Craftsmen all offering special and unique gifts to buy. The court also hosts visiting exhibitions by renowned artists and is the key location for Art on the English Riviera throughout the summer.

The Craft Centre is part of the historic Cockington Court, a 17th century manor house set in 460 acres of country park, and is a great place to explore once you have finished all your retail therapy. Relax in the gardens, follow the murder mystery trail and ride in a horse-drawn carriage back to the picture-postcard Cockington Village.

Cockington is situated just one mile from Torquay seafront. Open all year round, entry is free and the Court is easily accessible on foot, by bus and by car.
