Enchanting Model World:
Ascend the grand staircase to the magical illuminated fantasyland in miniature. Enjoy the fascination of the giant scenic working railways and the enchanting model world. Drift in to nostalgia as you wander through the real railway exhibits. Climb into a real locomotive cab. Take hold of the controls. Imagine the signal is at green for you. The Journey is back through time.

Remember grandfather’s yarns and stories when you study the collection of militaria and visit the Walk-Through Trench Experience – and sights, sounds and smells of World War One.

The unexpected is to be found at Bygones - allow ample time! Bygones used to be a cinema and is much larger than it looks from the outside.
