Devon has events fit for foodies throughout the year - Coming up:

Tiverton Food & Drink Festival - 8th May - Tiverton Pannier Market - Sample some of the finest food & drink with over 40 stands and live music. 

Devon County Show - 19th to 21st May - with agriculture and food at its roots, the traditional country celebration has a host of producers exhibiting.

Dartington Food Fair - 28th to 30th May - New for this year and set in the Dartington estate grounds

The 8th Exeter Festival of South West Food & Drink was a huge hit over the bank holiday weekend with people packing their picnics and claiming their spot to enjoy the great atmosphere in Northernhay Gardens where the Royal Wedding was shown on a giant screen. Visitors were spoiled for choice of produce from across the Westcountry, from duck to chilli chocolate, local wines to classic ice-cream.

Plus top chefs including Michael Caines, Mark Hix and Lesley Waters showed off their skills in cookery demonstrations and cook-offs and after dark festival-goers were treated to real ales and live music courtesy of Mama Stones.

Terms & Conditions of the prize draw

 Win one of two family tickets (2 adults and 2 children) to one of Devon’s Top Attractions (full list of participating attractions available on request). The tickets are valid for the whole of 2011; please check with the chosen attraction for opening times before setting out on your journey. Travel to and from the attraction is not included.  

The draw will take place on Tuesday 3 May 2011; winners will be drawn at random and be notified by email. No cash alternatives will be given. Prize winners must make their own travel arrangements.
