Type: Caterers

The Picnic Boat is a wonderful way to see the River Dart, one of the most picturesque rivers in the country. With space for up to 12 people, owner operators Constance and Frank cater for anything ¡V whether that's a romantic trip for two, a family get-together, exclusive corporate entertainment or even a wildlife watching trip. One of this year's highlights was ferrying a wedding party from Totnes back up the river to Dartmouth - a memorable end to a very special day.

Food is sourced locally (see menus below) and the boat is fully licensed for the retail sale of alcohol, with a selection of wines available for purchase by the bottle. There¡¦s also free squash available for whoever pulled the short-straw on driving! The boat comes out of the water for winter but re-launches mid-March, spruced up and ready to welcome you aboard from Thursday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Note for diary: if you¡¦re planning a special event, then best book ahead as we¡¦d hate you to be disappointed...
