Like the historic town of Sidmouth itself, Neil's Restaurant is inextricably bound to the sea and the culinary delights it has to offer.

Proprietor and Chef Neil Harding established Neil's Restaurant in order to offer the very best of fresh fish and shellfish from Devon's famed coastal waters and excellent local meat and poultry in an informal and contemporary atmosphere.

With over 20 years experience as a chef at some of the county's premier eateries, Neil, along with his dedicated team, quite literally bring innovative and quality cooking to the table, combining it with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and friendly but expert service.

A highly varied menu changes daily so that it always reflects the freshest possible produce straight from the catch and the farm.

Exotic but substantial dishes such as Home smoked Cornish Haddock, creamed with spring onions in a light puff pastry pillow, Grilled Beer Lobster with garlic or Fillet of line caught local Sea Bass with King Prawn tails tossed in Fennel butter will excite those with adventurous tastes while the likes of 'Whole Dover Sole Meuniere' or 'Pan fried Skate Wing with Capers' are sure to delight the more traditional palate.
